Storytime Yoga - Ages: 3 - 5 Years old

Exploring yoga through story time adventure with games and props linking EYFS curriculum incorporating literacy, numeracy and imaginative play. Empowering children, introducing mindfulness and a sense of calm.

  • Improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and motor skills.

  • Helps children recognise and honour all emotions, learning to trust their instincts.

  • Teaches breathing techniques that increase energy and decrease anxiety providing effective coping strategies for stress.

Private group sessions held weekly at the Little Warriors Studio.

Private sessions regularly taught in Primary schools and in Nursery settings.
