Service Description
Prenatal yoga is suitable from 14 weeks and focuses on empowering women for the marathon of birth. Prenatal yoga can help strengthen the pelvic floor, ease back pain, improve circulation, help with positioning of baby in the pelvis and provide tools to help calm the body and mind. Usually a 6 week course, occasionally spaces become available mid course when babies arrive! As I am midway through the last pregnancy yoga courses of 2023, If space is available I will be releasing weekly slots.
